Sports enthusiast Berhane Andeberhan delivered a considerable amount of soccer equipment donated by his friend and former student Julie Schlafman and her daughters Haley, Riley and Lily to the girls of the Godaif Grassroots football program. This was announced by club chairman, Mr Eyob Mengis in a ceremony chaired by Board President, Ms Tibltz
Tewolde and attended by most board members. 

The donated goods included 103 soccer balls, 94 pairs of soccer shoes, 33 warmup suits, 2 sets of team uniforms and other pieces such as goalkeeper gloves, referee flags etc.
